1. You can send us the games by Courier. Kindly send us courier detail by email on sales@gamesstation.in
  2. We only buy games that appear on the Sell Icon and no other games
  3. Disc based games can only be traded in their original DVD sized cases in good condition along with Catalogue, If any.
  4. We would prefer Disc with minimum or No Scratches on the Disc .
  5. Faulty items will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their own expense or destroyed.
  6. Other damage or missing items will result in the trade-in value being lowered accordingly
  7. Game station decisions regarding trade-in game(s) condition and subsequent reductions are final. Only completely rejected items can be returned to sender (at their expense),
  8. Only 2 copy of any title can be traded-in or cashed-in by each customer/household.
  9. Trade-ins only be accepted from India
  10. Games Station will not be responsible under any circumstances for any loss or damage to the Item during transit.
  11. Once we receive your game, it should only take a 5 days for it to be processed. (It depends on the time of day it gets to us) An email will always be sent when a payment is processed and will include details regarding when you can expect to receive it.
  12. To ensure that the funds get credited to the correct account, details of the beneficiary’s branch IFSC (Indian Financial System Code) and account number are to be correctly provided. Games Station will not be responsible for any wrong credits affected due to errors in IFSC and the account number.
  13. You will have to provide as an invoice of Sale from your side for all Trade in Games. The Format Can be sent to you or you can download the same on our website.
