How do I make a purchase?
1. Making a purchase at Games Station is quick, easy and secure. When you find an item you want to purchase, click the ‘Add to Cart’ button. The item will be added to “Your Cart” this is found on the top right of the page. When you are ready to finalize your order, click the ‘Checkout’ button in the Your Cart Section. Enter Shipping & Payment information, to complete your purchase.
2. What are the available Payment Modes?

3. How much does shipping cost & how long will the game I ordered take to arrive?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders. After your order is processed, transit time typically 4 to 5 business days, with delivery Monday-Saturday.
4. I have a discount coupon how do I use it?
Complete your order as usual then enter your promotional code during checkout and the discount will be applied (if applicable).
5. Will the online features (Downloadable Content, Multiplayer etc.) work with the pre-owned games?
Pre-owned games are fully playable, but bonus content or codes for online play may have been redeemed and you will not be able to use it.
6. How do you trade in games at Games Station for CASH?
Search for the game you want to trade in by typing one or two words in the search box on the Sell Games Page
Click the Get CASH button
Repeat for each game.
Once all your trade-ins are entered, click the Selling Cart at the top right of the screen and you will be taken to the Get Cash Checkout Page
Enter your Bank Details, Select Delivery Method, to complete your trade in.
7. When & how do I get paid?
Once we receive your game, it should only 5 days for it to be processed. (It depends on the time of day it gets to us). An email will always be sent when a payment is processed and will include details regarding when you can expect to receive it.
We will transfer Payment via NEFT to the bank account provided by you.
